Gracing the presentation of His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam's Personal Gifts ceremony in Tutong District as His Majesty's personal representative was His Royal Highness Prince 'Abdul Mateen ibni His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Muizzaddin Waddaulah.

The arrival of His Royal Highness Prince 'Abdul Mateen at the Main Hall of the Civic Centre Complex, Tutong District was greeted by Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Haji Awang Nazmi bin Haji Awang Mohamad, Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports.

The ceremony began with the recital of Surah Al-Fatihah and Doa Selamat led by Yang Arif Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Johar bin Haji Muhammad.

At the ceremony, His Royal Highness Prince 'Abdul Mateen consented to present His Majesty's Personal Gifts to a total of 1,000 recipients from Tutong District.
